Every child deserves the best dental care possible. We will file dental insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. It is our goal to help you maximize insurance benefits. As the legal guardian, you are fully responsible for your account regardless of what insurance will pay. Fees that we review are estimates only and are subject to change.

Most importantly, please make sure to update us on any insurance information or changes such as policy name, insurance company address or a change of employment.

Failed Appointments and Late Cancellations

We understand that things can happen, but we request at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your child’s appointment. Repeated failed appointments or late cancellations could result in dismissal from our practice. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
